Send your request from any service page, or book a short consultation. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and any deadline.
Consultation
A brief call — video or phone, in Bengali or English — to confirm scope, answer questions, and make sure the service actually fits.
Quote
A clear written quote: a fixed price or a starting price, a checklist of exactly what we need from you, and an expected completion time.
Secure collaboration
You share documents through a secure channel — not ordinary email or messaging apps. We do the preparation and technical work. For applications, you stay in control of every answer.
Customer review
You review the completed work in full. Nothing is finalized until you have checked it. For passport, DMV and application work, you personally sign and submit.
Completion
You receive the finished work and a short plain-language summary of what was done. Documents are deleted on a schedule you agree to.
For application work
One rule that never changes: you review, sign and submit
For DMV, U.S. passport, Bangladesh e-passport and NID, education and job applications, you personally review the completed forms, sign them, and submit them — in person or from your own account. We never submit on your behalf, and we never decide how you answer.
